DRLs are probably a fine idea, but having worked for the nation's oldest think tank, I suspect most studies will support whatever the d.s. bureaucrat who pays for them wants. Them think tank phd.s are smart!

And the same government that tells me not to smoke, fines me for not wearing seat belts, sent me to Vietnam. All in the interest of my health and safety?

So, here's an idea for a regulation - no more horsepower than your I.Q. That would still let everyone on this list upgrade to V6 power, I could still drive my Quantum syncro, and skateboarders would be totally unaffected. Though I suspect GM would lose a lot of customers.
