Subject: Syncro spring lengths

I was roaming through the local junk yard today looking for some longer spring that will fit the front of my Syncro. On my syncro starting at the end of the spring on the bottom I count 8 twists in the spring. I want to raise the front of my truck another 1 to 2". I found some Nissan Pathfinder rear springs that are the same diamater as my Syncro and it has 9 twists in the spring... so the question is, how do I find out what the spring rate is of these springs. I remember reading that the Syncro springs are 75lb/inch... am I correct on that figure?
