Hi everyone,
   I have an 82 westy and have a few questions.

1) What sort of hubcaps would have come with the vanagon(82)
originally? Right now it has the old chrome hubcaps like the
busses. If it came with these originally what color are the rims
supposed to be, if not what kind of hubcap came with this thing
originally?

2) Where there any exterior panels along the sides near the bottom
on this originally? I've seen some vanagons with them and this one
has a few holes on the drivers side near the bottom. Looks about
where I've seen the panel on other vanagon's but there aren't any
anywhere else.
