so I don't see how this relates to DRLs. How about the 150 times a day
that someone sees your lights and doesn't pull out in front of you? You
wouldn't even notice that, but it happens constantly everyday. You are
only looking for negative eveidence, but missing the overwhelming positive
evidence.
