gmbulley - Thanks for your response. Suing a dealer who, if it is true, negligently performed a safety inspection does not drive-up everyone costs as you suggest. The opposite is true. Also, my wife and I narrowly escaped the fire. It was truly a frightening experience, and one that I hope you never have to go through. People die in vehicle fires. As to your question about whether it would be appropriate to sue God for a boulder falling on your vehicle --- we all, I think, can differentiate between negligence and fraud on one hand, and an accident. I'm willing to bear full repsonsibility for my actions - but not for someone ripping me off. Have a nice weekend camping. Mike |
