Well it took me about two weeks to get it set up but I am now authorized to sell and install the Eurospec 2.0l Golf engine conversion kit. I am located in New Jersey and as far as I know I am the only shop on the East Coast that is authorized to do the conversion so far. The kit costs around $5000 (this includes a brand new Golf engine from VW) and time for install is estimated at 8-10 hours. I will be charging $25/hr for this job. If anyone is interested in getting me to do this conversion for them please feel free to drop me an email or give me a call at (609)-327-0027. It might sound a little pricey but by the time you do a couple head replacements you could have paid for this conversion and you get more power from the in-line 4 cylinder motor. Just think a very reliable, peppy, and easy/cheap to maintain Vanagon could finally be a dream realized for you. Van-Again Ken Wilford John 3:16 |
