Fred,

When we go on a long trip, the gas lasts more than 3 weeks, using the fridge on gas about 1/2 the time (we run it on 12v when driving), and cooking two meals a day! In fact, I usually fill the propane every two weeks to be sure and am always embarassed when it takes only $3-4 of gas to fill up... Numerous other Westy owners on the list have given similar estimates. It's pretty economical.
