--------------------------------- Hi again Volks, I have received some posts that seem to indicate I need to explain just what the hell a digitool is and does and what I am talking about in english. Sorry for being vague. The digitool allows one to trouble shoot problems with fuel injection on 83.5-91 vanagons. With the digitool one can display all digital and analog signals to and from the ECU. The signals can be observed while in operating mode. You can observe the start signal is being received by the ecu, the ecu is pulsing the fuel injectors, the o2 sensor voltage indicates the ecu is providing the proper mixture, the afm (air flow meter) wiper has a proper stable voltage, the temperature sensors have a proper output voltage, the coil is being pulsed , throttle switch is functional at idle and full throttle, etc etc etc... With this information it much easier to discern that a part is good or bad, needs adjusting, or even that it is intermittently bad.

Darrell
