You get one for free when you join the VW Club: 1-800-DRIVE-VW (374-8389). It's pewter. They have a renewal offer of $25/1 year or $39.95 for 2 years, but I'm not sure if newbies can get that. Just ask.

Of course you get other stuff as well: Member Guide and Savings Passbook, New Beetle pin, window decal, license plate frame. You used to get 15% off dealer parts, but I'm not sure if that's still the case.
