About a week ago I was reporting that my Double Cab would start bubbling about 2 minutes after I turned it off in the engine compartment. I replaced my rad switch figuring that this might be it - no... tried bleeding the system for air pockets - no... replaced the cap on the round tank - BINGO!!!

So... $12 solition to a fustrating problem!

Thanks to everone who offered help ( and the answer! )
