Please, you're suing everyone you can think of because of YOUR admitted mistake of not having correct insurance protection? Sue your agent, maybe, for not selling you proper coverage (he has insurance to protect him from such suits) but don't shotgun the VW neighborhood with lawsuits. Buck up, man, take a little personal responsibility for your actions and mistakes.
