Thanks for the post. You don't have all the facts regarding the seller of the
vehicle that was destroyed in the fire. We believe the seller concealed a
defect that caused the fire -- this is fraud.  Those of us who are honest have
little to fear in transactions - just do as you suggested, disclaim any
warranty.
