This is the drain plug for the fridge combustion chamber. Only needs to be opened if you take your car through the wrong kind of car wash (don't know what kind that is, since mine goes through fine with no water in the combustion chamber) or if there is condensation or if you have a hard starting fridge and want to blow air through the drain valve to aid in starting (shouldn't be necessary if the fridge air pump is working). There should also never be condensation if you are running it in the summer time (my experience), and in the winter, why bother?
