On my westy it stays right at the LED. My Quantum some times creeps up just past the LED. The Quantum is a Turbo (creates more heat) and I think there may be some crud in the cooling system as well. Time for a flush! With a TD you should idle it a while before shutting down, so it gets a chance to cool down.
