Greetings. A good place to start is the rubber sleeve in the door jamb. Quite often the wiring in the sleeve cracks, breaks, corrodes etc. It is awkward to get at, and roll back the sleeve, a bit of patience helps. My power mirrors were once dead, a broken wire in that sleeve was at fault. I just patched the wire, eventually I will replace it. Mirrors have been working fine for over a year.
