If neither high nor low beams are working, you could have a bad ground connection. Locate the large ground connectors under the left side of the dashboard. You will need to drop down the fuse panel to see them. The brown wires connected to the round connectors that are attached to the body have slip-on spade connectors. Corroded connectors here is a common reason for electrical malfunctions, particularly concerning lighting. The connectors are not easy to work on, due to their location. A little emery cloth and/or a file will usually clean these connectors satisfactorily, but if they are corroded badly you may consider replacing them.
