I went to a nearby RV dealer and he ordered it right out of the Dometic parts list. Cost about $5.

The manual just says put it on when you wash the car. Probably a good idea in hurricanes too, and when you aren't using the fridge for a long time. Water is the only issue, the combustion chamber is sealed and both intake and exhaust are at the vent -- otherwise the flame would blow out.
