Mark, It will be about 6 to 7 weeks before I will be done with mine. Most machining will be done in West Coast. Convince my wife to let me... I am going with a 80.5 mm stroke, add counter-weights to crank, lightened flywheel (weight is added to the crank so the flywheel weight can be lighter).I will need to shave 2.25 mm off the pistons. I will then ceramic coat the pistons and combustion chamber to keep the heat in the combustion chamber. Also the head sealing surface will be coated with a ceramic coat to eliminate the corrosion problem. I am also coating the valves to decrease stem wear. I am buying new hoses all around. I will spend around $3K to $4K when it is all done.
