Hi, Patrick-

You can buy a brand new owner's manual for a 1984 Vanagon from VW of America (care of Dyment Distribution Services, 20770 Westwood Drive, Strongsville, OH 44136) for about $10 + $5 shipping/handling. They have an 800 number, but I don't recall what it is - try information at 1-800-555-1212.

The (1984) VW Vanagon owners manual is Dyment part number WSA 562 064 21.

Congrats on your purchase!

Marty Wallace (1984 Westfalia "Heisenberg") Chico, California
