Hi there,

Someone asked me for guidelines on product promotions, so I wrote some up. You can feel free to promote any product as long as your promotion fits the following criteria:

1) You should state whether or not you have a financial stake in the success of the product.

2) The product should be of use to Vanagon owners for their vehicles or for camping. 'pre-paid phone cards' don't cut it, for example, since they're not vanagon/bus specific. A stainless-steel Vanagon muffler, however, is very appropriate.

3) You shouldn't promote something more than once. The only exception is to recommend the product to someone as a reply to a query by that person.

If I'm missing something obvious, let me know.

Coyote
