Hi you'all..

Anyone tried the "hydrowax" on your vans?

Over the weekend I was giving my van it monthly wash and annual wax job.. and as usual the roof top didn't get washed very well and didn't get waxed.. too much of a pain to climb step ladder to do it. In fact in the 10 years I had the thing the roof got washed and waxed only a few times when I take the van into a commercial car wash - a few that let the van go through charges extra.

Anyway..later I saw an informercial on this "hydrowax" where you just spray on with a garden hose like insectide and just wipe dry. And the wax job withstood a jet engine blast and the mandatory lighter fluid test.. I thought this would be just what I need for the van - especially the roof..

So, if any of you informercial junkies out there bought any hydrowax stuff, I would appreciate some feedback before I shell out my $49.95.. (I won't have hesitate if they had thrown in a set of kinsu knives<g>!
