Hmmm, I didn't get this treatment when one of their heads developed a crack down the axis of one of the exhaust bolt holes (after about 500 miles). They wanted me to pull it and ship it back for inspection and refused to provide a new head gasket set. They were very helpful at the time of purchase however... A good note, I found that JB Weld is indeed a miracle epoxy as it has filled and bonded the crack even on one of the hottest parts of the engine...
