        If you coat the three wires that run into the elbow with an epoxy (I
used JB Weld), you can drive the beast til the rest of the Hall Sender dies.
If your elbow is still somewhat intact, I would remove it and fill the open
spaces and reform the broken bits with a strong epoxy...
