FLAPS are no help as Stant lists the wrong one in their catalogs - says it fits Vanagon Watercooled (PN 10079), but open the box and it's for the standard inline 4 gas and diesel models (be kinda nice if Stant would say so on theor Vanagon listing). Beck Arnley/WorldParts has no listing whatsoever on Vanagons. This particular cap fits Air Cooled AND WasserBoxer (ie Gas) Models 80-91 and is apparently unique to the Vanagon. Alas, I am out of new and used on these (mailed out the last one I had on Thursday). Time to hit the boneyard again for some more used caps. Sorry I couldn't be of help on this trip.
