I had to do some work on the inside of my gauge panel, in the process I had to disconnected the speedo cable. Trying to put it back, I must have bent it so ever slightly. A small kink was developed, and I too suffer from the "jiggers". If I move the cable around, I can control some of the jiggers but I'm sure I'll have to replace it one day.
