This brings up a question I've been pondering for a while. Several times on this list I've heard recommendations to stay away from the cotton covered hose. My local parts guy (http://www.t-hoff.com) stocks the cotton stuff and swears that it is right stuff to use (it says "Made in Germany" on the hose). But others have said to get the other type of high pressure hose that is not cotton covered. What is right?
