Good question. I will ask them.

They say their juice is a little strong for some of their patrons, and they are switching to a less aggressive viscocity in the next few weeks to appease some clients. Makes me wonder if they are trying to determine the correct viscocity by trial and error. I am still inclined to the stronger brew for obvious reasons, but in a moment of panic this afternoon I thought I should ask them to send me the new stuff.
