Greetings Gang,

As some of you remember I purchased a salvage 91 Vanagon Carat May of 97 and finished the rebuild last November. I named the van "Lazarus" after the biblical character who was "raised from the dead" The story is chronicled in the archives. I've put 30,000 miles on the van to date and really enjoy it.

As you'll recall I moved to Peace River Alberta , from Ohio back in May. I'll be moving with my new wife and kids to Seattle on October 26. I'm really looking forward to being back in Seattle. It's my favorite place to live, and I have family and friends their too.

My wife and I flew to Seattle a couple of weeks ago; I saw so many Vanagons. I'm also looking forward to being in a Vanagon friendly city. Up here and in Ohio, and many places they are sparse, so the local parts shops of course have nothing for them. Anyway I'm excited to be closer to some VW brethern.

I'll be on the list until Monday or so and then off until I can get settled.
