That is of course ILTIS, not ILTAS. It is a very cool car, one of VW's least known models. It was powered by a 1714 ccm variant of the Golf/Rabbit-Audi etc. engine, with an output of 75 hp, taking the car to a top speed of 130 kmh. The wheelbase is just 201,7 cm, with the total length being 388,7 cm. I've only seen one of these cars once, it was with german plates. There were two guys driving, the top and windshield was down, with two crates? of beer strapped to the hood :-)
