        You can make a pair of DIN radio removal "U" tools out of a wire
        coathanger by cutting two  8-10inch segments and bending them
        into an elongated "U" with about a 3/4in bend radius. Insert
        the ends of both in the holes and wiggle them around as you
        carefully pry on the face.

        The DIN removal tools used to be available from Blaupunkt
        radio dealers...
