I just spoke with Dan at the Bus Depot. They have the four phone lines with two people problem. Ron is in Europe and I'm sure that is part of the problem. Hang in there, I hope it gets better.

The last time I ordered, about a month ago, I noticed there was still the caveat on the web page about email being backlogged and that a phone order was the surest way to go. I called and was done in a few minutes with no problems at all.

This, therefore, is far more worrisome... But I would say keep trying on the phone.
