Some notes on recent repairs:

1. Oil cooler results: It was replaced because of a leak at the seam - Mr. mechanic says that is often the case with Volkswagens...........

2. Installed stainless steel brake lines from MSDS, they certainly have a firmer feel.

3. My wind wing lock post has loosened up and now rotates, defeating the anti-theft feature. It is not immediately apparent how this post attaches or comes off. Any hints?

Randy
