This guy isn't giving a very fair exchange rate. Current rate is US$1.00 = CA$1.5658 so CA$395 should cost US$252.27. Of course the rate varies all day long but shouldn't change by more than a couple of pennies per dollar. Actual credit card exchange rates may be a penny or two different as well.

I called the company and verified the Canadian price. If the vendor won't give you the Canadian price I would be happy to act as an agent for any list member and buy it on your behalf then forward it. Lemme no.
