A word of caution to everyone about this. I believe the ABV is exactly
calibrated at the factory so this procedure should only be used if you
are certain the ABV is the problem. DO NOT go experimenting with the
setting or you can get in BIG trouble. You may actually THINK you have
fixed a problem but actually just masked another problem. Then a few
month later the temperature changes and the engine acts real weird or
maybe you fail HC inspection, etc. So determine the ABV is the problem by
eliminating everything else or by substituting it with a known good unit.
Knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
