At least here in Europe this is commonly called Bodycoating, usually offered by the same manufacturers that offer under body rust prevention. It is supposed to go under the paintfinish, and is offered in both smooth and textured finish. VW uses it too, the rockers on my mom's '94 Vento (Jetta) has bodycoating on them. PerL 88 Syncro > |
