I agree...the price of admission to the list for vendors ought to be, IMAO, some useful information, i.e. technical advice/info and very brief parts availability and price info. If you're going to post, make it useful and helpful to the listees, same as everyonne else. Some vendors voluntarily, and out of good manners, already follow this guideline. This is a small price to pay for direct contact with so many afflicted customers. Anything else should be sent directly by the vendor to the suctomer and not over the list.
