Bob, No, I've never had a problem with Ron or my local dealer. Actually, my local dealer beat Ron at his own game... on Bentley Manuals! That used to be Rons bread and butter, actually isn't that what got him started? The problem is Ron's business is getting some bad "remarks" on the list and the only thing he can do is send a letter describing his jaunt in Europe with his family and tease us with a container of rare european parts that he'll grace us with in November. This isn't vanagon@busdepot.com! You need to understand I'm sort of a rare bird. I like Ron. I've spoken to him and I think he is a real nice guy and a savvy businessman. I also think he is out of line using the list as a "line" of his business. I also think he is a big boy and can fight his own battles.
