I requested a catalog via email and received it about 10 days later. Very interesting catalog by the way. They also sell the four-headlamp grille and some other interesting modifications. The catalog covers bay window buses as well as Vanagons.

The mud flaps list for less than $100US but it's hard to get an exact price as their prices include VAT and then there's customs duties and shipping for US orders. I'll update the list as to the exact cost when I receive the order.
