I've tried hose bandage on several occasions, and have been quite underimpressed. All it ever did for me was to use up more money and time. Didn't really slow the leaks down much, let alone stop them, due to the pressure in the system. Has anyone had any luck tape?

(and, that said, I confess that I carry a roll of hose bandage in the car. Make me feel better, I guess.)
