Well here is the way i have been doing this for years.First find a piece of clear hose and attach it to the bleeder screw on the wheel that is the farthest from the master cylinder, then fill a glass with clean brake fluid and stick the hose in it,open the bleeder screw and push the brake peddle to the floor slowly, wait a few seconds and do it again do this several times. the things to watch are the fluid level in the master cyilinder, you don't want this to get low,and the glass of brake fluid will fill up and have to be

emptied.when you finish with that wheel shut the bleeder screw and repeat this on all four wheels. This system works because when you release the peddle air cannot be sucked back in to the system because the tubing is in the glass of fluid, works great for me and doesn't cost much.
