I found those excellent hose clamps, the ones with the screw and nut, which apply an even pressure all the way around the hose. Problem is they are $1.25 each and it looks like I need 23 to do all the hoses. Is that the typical price for them? I know the screw type are half that or less. Is it worth the extra money for these clamps? Also found special 7mm hose that is called "fabric reinforced rubber" hose, which has the cloth woven between two layers of rubber. I'm told it is the absolute best hose for fuel injection. It costs $12 per meter. Has anyone heard of this hose? Thanks, Bill Knight Raleigh, NC |
