Hey All

On Friday Oct 30 Kelly Bauman wrote "With power door locks you can close the drivers and passengers doors, then with the sliding door open push the passenger door lock down. This locks all doors including the sliding door once it is shut."

Correct-a-mundo! This is similar to my ususal way of locking my bus. Not intended to be a bizarre way of doing things, but rather a necessity. You see, about 6 months ago I found that when I turn the key in the door handle to lock the vehicle, the lock buttons on the doo go down (lock), but then pop right back up. Similarly, if I am inside, I can push down ONE of the door lock buttons, and the same thing occurs. If I push BOTH down at the same time, they stay locked. I then simply exit through the slider. Crude, awkward, but effective.

However, I wish to improve upon things a bit and correct this situation. Does anyone have a similar experience with door locks? Any suggestions on where I might look to locate the (seemingly apparent) disconnect between the two doors?

Many thanks, enjoy the weekend.
