This is really a pretty common tool these days, at least in my neck of Ohio. I've seen them on the rack at my local FLAPS. You don't need the tool number to buy it - It's a 12-point 8mm hex if i remember correctly. When you buy the tool, then try to use it and find out that at one of them was rounded out by the DPO, that's when you break out the vicegrips.
