I some how doubt a bank will offer much of a loan on an 11 year old vehicle. This is a problem for Syncro values as prospective buyers will need cash or another line of credit. There are companies that offer credit for collector cars. Look in a Hemming's news letter. Unfortunately, they will seek appraisals and limit vehicle use. They may also require high insurance. From experience, I think this buyer may be stalling. Follow up on any other offers.
