The S4 / S6 up to around 95.5 were 5 cylinder turbocharged 230bhp. The new S4 (yet to be launched in US) is a 2.7 V6 bi-turbo( saw one on the road yesterday). I have a 94 S4 Avant pumping out 330bhp and 402lbft torque. Now *that* would go nicely in my Vanagon :-) (for the first 2 miles anyway!) Who makes adapters for the 5 cylinder to the manual box (not KEP, i believe). I would love to do this conversion with maybe a regular 2.2 or maybe the V6 but don't have the expertise to make up crossmembers, mounts, exhausts etc. Are there any kits for the Audi engine swaps around (other than KEPs 4 cyl Audi kit)?
