Hi Larry,

I'm obviously not a lawyer, sounds like you might be. I will yield to your more informed comments above with only the comment that I'm flabbergasted at your suggestion that its against the law to point out your legal options to someone thats just ripped you off. I wasn't suggesting "make good or I will rape your grandmother then piss on your granddad's dog" which I can clearly see to be illegal. So lets say I'm putting groceries in my Vanagon and I leave the hatch lid up while returning the cart and I turn to find someone grabbing my Cheetoes and Jimmy Dean saugage. I shout " Stop! Or I'll call the Police." What class felony have I just committed?

I think I'll add this to my list of reasons to move to France someday ;^)
