I think so... the ET20 will certainly help (where did you get these wheels). There is a good inch of sidewall clearance on my 225/60s on my ET34 16" rims. I would start worrying about the tread clearance especially if you drive in gumbo.

I was looking at the trailing arms in detail. It's wouldn't take much to make new tubular ones to provide extra clearance. With these 33" tires would fit with no problems! In Victoria there is a Syncro with 30" tires that someone trimmed up the trailing arms so the tread would hit... all depends on how much you want to spend I guess!
