Well, since I have only owned one Vanagon, how would I know that I had the only one with a certain feature. I think the answer was given from someone's perspective and that is fine. There isn't anyone here being misleading on purpose, so don't make the assumption that such information is no longer valuable.

If my rear seat folded down that way, I would consider it a known fact, and would rather not be berated for making the statement.
