I have mounted one of those aircraft-style dual-swivel lights in the middle of the headliner/board, just behind the rear-view mirror,in my Westy,right where the factory should have mounted a dome light(they got it right in the Golf II). Lots of light,individual switches,and you can aim them wherever you want. I plan to add another soon in the rear of the van. These are available at your local RV store for around $20.
