Does anyone know where I can get a Luk clutch disc asap or at all?

I have been told that the sachs discs that ARE NOT part of a kit, but are purchased individaually/separately, do not have the chatter problem that the discs in the kit do. Is this true?

Do the dealer discs have a chatter problem...or are they just the same old sachs disc that chatters?

Is there any other good disc out there for a vanagon?

As many probably know, the sachs discs used in recent rebuilds over the last 9 months or so have been chattering for a lot of people fairly soon after rebuild. Luk dicscs do not have the problem. Volks Motorsports cannot find a Luk disc anywhere...are they discontinued?

And yes, for those in the know, i have replaced the pilot bearing, throwout bearing and cross-shaft.

Thabks for any info. steve 1990 syncro westfalia
